Is it me, or is the smell of a fresh clementine the most refreshing thing ever? I LOOOOVE clementines! Sweet and cute fruits with an amazing taste! Every drop is precious and the juice of it...? It's like drinking a field of blossom tangerine trees... This time i decided to make a smooth curd. Ideal for breakfast, and as a cream when it is chilled enough. My favorite curd was this one,
